About us

Here We Grow Child Development Center is celebrating its 21st year offering childcare to the Westfield and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a highly qualified experienced candidate to work with our preschool prep students . CDA or college degree preferred. Position is full time, 40 hour week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Teacher responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– teaching children to work independently and preparing them for preschool 3’s class

-maintaining a clean and safe environment

-documenting child’s day on reports

-building and maintaining positive parent relationships

-following school policies as well as NJ state requirements

-creating fun and age appropriate activities and lessons based on curriculum provided

All childcare employees are required to either be fully covid-19 vaccinated or receive weekly covid testing.

All candidates must be 18 years or older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
