Here at HEP, Inc, we are looking to grow our IT Department with the addition of an IT Support Technician. As an IT Support Technician, you will provide onsite and remote technical support. To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills and technical troubleshooting experience. Additionally, success in this position requires being a self-starter who can complete detailed tasks while multi-tasking and remaining solution oriented.

Responsibilities

• Running Cable
• MDM administration
• Office 365 administration
• PC repair and maintenance
• Identifies and suggests ongoing process improvements
• Serve as First Contact for employees needing technical support
• Assigned to special projects as necessitated by business needs
• Internal systems expert development on multiple programs and software
