Lennon Search Associates has been chosen to represent the award winning local area francisee of one of America’s top specialty services companies. This high growth company now seeks to newly add a well versed customer experience administrator. The person selected will be the first contact for new customers, in-service, and returning clients visiting the central office. A positive engaging personality, professional image, high energy and focus to assist others are hallmarks of a success in this role.

Importantly, the person will become the in-house expert for use of the company’s new 2023 propriatary CRM system and all social media interfaces to include posting ads, listings and local market data. The person will be required to stay abreast of changes in use of various social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

The successful person will have a minimum of a high school degree with 2-4 years of college perferred. Experience building websites, adding or making content changes, and ability to advise in-house CRM users of best practices when using the software are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
