We are looking for aCustomer Service and Order Processing for our Forest 2 Home digital retail store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage order fulfillment for all sales channels

o Shopify/Amazon

o Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner

o Ensure product quality in every box

· Lead Customer Support associate

o Reply to BOT and all Customer Support tickets via HUBSPOT

o Responsible for customer journey/experience

· Managing all packaging inventory on the floor- includes boxes, labels. Etc.

· Manage all claims on sales channels

· Manage all custom orders and quotes

· Good handwriting- Hand written notes in every box.

SAFETY

· Always follow LOTO procedures when bypassing a safety guard or entering equipment.

· Creates and maintains a safe work environment honoring all housekeeping practices.

· Personal Protective Equipment is required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· This manufacturing positions require a self-motivated and quality minded individual that is organized and can work independently

· Candidates must be comfortable with being in Videos and social reels

· F2H is a small team that is dependent on one another so good attendance is vital to our success.

· May be required to lift 75 – 100 lbs.

· Great customer support

· Some experience in woodworking

· Computer Skills

o Word/Excel/Shopify/Amazon Seller Central/Hubspot/LSS

· Some experience in Shipping/Packaging

· · Serves as both an individual contributor as well as a team player in achieving production goals.

· Very positive and outgoing

· Years of Experience: None

· Education: High School/GED preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
