POSITION SUMMARYGrinnell College seeks an Outdoor Recreation Assistant to aid in the planning, coordinating and operation of the Grinnell Outdoor Recreation Program (GORP). This role will be essential in the training and supporting of student trip leaders, and by co-leading weekend off campus adventure trips. The candidate will also be teaching belay clinics at the climbing wall and managing outdoor equipment rentals.This is a term/part-time position working 700 hours in the fiscal year.This role requires some travel and the ability work some nights, and weekends.
