A national professional commercial cleaning company, has an immediate opening for qualified Phone Pros/Appointment Setters located in Coral Springs FL.

Position: Appointment Setter

Hours: 10:00am-3:00pm Monday to Friday

HOURLY + COMMISSION + Great Bonus!

Responsibilities:
Making daily outbound calls to set appointments for outside sales reps.
Document and disposition all calls in the database.
Fill out Daily Tracking Forms for weekly report.

Daily interaction and weekly meetings with Field Sales team members to target key areas.

Perform research in key areas within our existing database to discover potential target leads using all available tools.

Follow up with potential clients by email and phone.
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Strong computer navigation and data entry skills.
Business to Business experience is preferred, but not required.
Prior experience in making out-bound calls is MUST
Ability to listen.
Build a rapport with potential clients.
Identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
Self-motivated and a team player.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourly base, plus commission and great bonus
