Position Details
The Talent Acquisition Consultant reports to a Director of Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will develop sourcing strategies for targeted roles – both niche/hard-to-fill roles — and manage internal mobility across corporate functions and information technology. You will complete the targeted sourcing strategies to ensure the achievement of sourcing metrics and the hiring of qualified candidates. Success will be propelled by your ability to network, demonstrate tenacious searches and display sourcing IQ.
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will understand organizational/ candidate fit and the ability to pitch our fantastic career opportunities that will score the talent necessary to promote our growing businesses.
