JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional HR support and solutions to enable the organization’s success. Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and employees to provide expert guidance in HR-related matters. You will implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class HR practices. Your expertise and collaboration will enhance employee performance, engagement, and productivity, driving an inclusive and high-performing culture throughout the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as a trusted business partner and own the relationship with the US corporate team
o Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
o Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and identify HR solutions that support organizational objectives.
o Partner effectively with Global teams and HR Centers of Expertise (Rewards, OD, Talent) to assess organizational needs and implement programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and productivity.
o Analyzes metrics and results of HR initiatives in relation to established goals and develops new approaches to effect continual improvements.
o Support management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in alignment with the function/business strategy.
* Owns Employee Engagement and Retention for US Corporate
o Fosters positive employee relations by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, effective communication strategies, and conflict resolution processes.
o Design and implement retention strategies to ensure the long-term commitment and growth of top talent.
o Address employee concerns, issues, and disciplinary matters with confidentiality, fairness, and consistency.
o Collaborate with managers to create a respectful work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and strong sense of belonging. Aligns employee engagement programs with DEI&B strategies and programs.
o Oversee investigations and discipline, ensuring consistent approach to addressing corrective action.
o Facilitate smooth off-boarding processes for departing employees.
* Oversee the Employee Lifecycle:
o Partner with the Talent Director to oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
o Manage employee relations, including leave of absence management.
o Drive talent management and development initiatives within the organization.
o Implement performance management programs, such as the IMPACT management and provide performance counseling and support.
o Develop and implement recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.
o Facilitate smooth off-boarding processes for departing employees.
* Drive a Best-in-Class HR Function:
o Manage the lead the HR Specialist and the Administrative Team (NY office)
o Promote and foster a high-performing culture through fair and consistent execution of performance and talent evaluation processes, performance improvement programs, and counseling processes.
o Create a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, where employees have a strong sense of belonging.
o Drive continuous HR process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce non-value-added work.
o Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure legal compliance, fairness, and consistency.
o Utilize HR analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
o Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements.
* Lead the local HR Specialist and the administrative team to contribute to the ONE HR Team mindset
o Provide leadership, guidance, and support to successfully accomplish department goals, objectives, and priorities.
o Fosters a collaborative and high-performing HR team culture.
o Provides continuous feedback and support to team members in achieving their goals and professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
* Bachelors degree preferred. PHR/SPHR preferred
EXPERIENCE
* 8 plus years of progressive HR/business experience
SKILLS
* Strategic thinking; ability to translate strategy into plans and execute highly impactful programs and initiatives (drive for results)
* Demonstrated HR business partner skills; Ability to establish credibility with business clients, be courageous with coaching and delivering feedback
* Strong collaboration skills (Locally and globally) with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
* Understands the principles of change leadership and is able to architect and execute effective change strategies
* Strong business acumen
* Strong communication skills- written and verbal; Strong executive presence and ability to present to and facilitate audiences at all levels
* Brings an “Outside-In” mindset and application of best practices to continuoulsy raise the bar for the HR function.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Work is performed largely in an office with routine exposure to a plant environment which requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
* Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours equaling 40 hours per week.
* Some variation in work hours is expected due to special projects, deadlines, and other matters.
* Must have the ability to occasionally lift 10-20-pound boxes.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
* Occasional travel to other company locations may be required on a limited basis.

* $145,000-$165,000/annually
* 23% bonus potential
