Full Job Description
Givmar is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide fast and friendly service to our customers. If you are a team player with a few years of experience in customers service, good communication skills, and attention to detail we would love to hear from you!
Essential Duties:
EDUCATION & TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 2 years’ customer service representative (or equivalent) experience in a relevant manufacturing industry
· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, understanding of quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
· Computer literacy to include the use of Outlook, Excel and Word.
· Possess a range of personality attributes that enhance their fit into the organization.
· Excellent organizational and teamwork skills with a goal of accomplishing needed tasks with a customer-friendly orientation.
· Self-motivated with ability to handle customers politely with high and sometimes unreasonable demands.
· Ability to deal with difficult people and situations.
· Ability to analyze information and select the best solution.
