This position will entail researching specific high volume skus the company gives you or finding skus thru your own research for us to resell. We wish to buy direct from manufacturers, wholesalers or resellers, not just Alibaba or Ali Express although those optins are ok as a secondary source.
We don’t mind selling anything anywhere in the world as long as it is profitable and ethical. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and making deals and setting up accounts. Then our customer support teams will take over setting this vendor up on our website, amazon store etc and marketing the items and fulfilling customer orders.

Duties include:
Manage day-to-day activities of finding new profitable skus including on-going development, building unique relationships and generating sales of products thorough our e-commerce site by adding quality, profitable items.
Use our buyer excel form and analyze items to see if they are a good option for the company to pursue buying and reselling. This will include all costs including to warehouse product, pick and pack, customs etc or use Amazon FBA vs our own warehouse.
Collaboratively develop any new online web strategies with internal and external resources to maximize relevant purchase habits for new products or maximize older ones.
Forecasting, Budgeting and development and implementation of business finding/purchasing/maintaining sku strategy and activities.
Requirements:
· Experience with buying
· Demonstrated effective use of negotiation skills, research of trends and online tactics.
· Collaboratively orchestrated cross-functional execution of buyer tasks with marketing, sales, IT and external resources.
· Understands the requirements to create an online shopping experience.
· Understands relevant web metrics and how to develop, track, and report against established web objectives including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Adwords and social media marketing.
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
· E-commerce buyer industry experience desired.
· Interaction with classic marketing, sales and IT teams required.
· Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, Channel Advisor or other e-commerce platforms a plus.
