A family operated business, we are comprised of over 15 insurance professionals, and represent many insurance companies and programs, enabling us to handle the insurance needs of individuals, families and businesses in the Tri-State Area.

At Gerelli Insurance our primary goal is to provide superior personal service to each and every customer, from individual insurance, to the one-person business owner, to the large manufacturing firm. Time is gladly spent explaining coverage and answering questions. Our state-of-the-art computer system helps us provide the highest level of service with both speed and efficiency. We sell insurance…but our product is service!

Our Personal Lines Department is growing and is currently in need of an experienced Personal Lines CSR in our Cold Spring, NY office. In this critical role, the selected individual will perform the following tasks:

• All policy related customer contact with assigned customer base
• Remarketing and Rounding of Accounts
• Processing of endorsements, renewals, claims, cancellations
• Issuance of binders, ID Cards and Photo inspections as needed
• Online rating
• Daily Download processing

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

• At least 2 years prior experience in an independent insurance agency
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong detail orientation
• NYS P&C license
