ABOUT THIS POSITION
The APD will work directly with leadership at the
Center of Excellence for Children’s Behavioral Health (COE) to provide team leadership and stewardship of program resources and achievement
of assigned goals and objectives. The APD will serve as the lead for GHPC’s school-based behavioral health (SBBH) initiatives, including
overseeing a team providing technical assistance and evaluation support for a strong and growing statewide school-based mental health
program conducted by the state’s mental health authority. The APD will provide leadership and guidance for the program’s technical
assistance and evaluation lead staff, will ensure that deliverables are met in a timely and quality fashion, will provide project and budget
management for this work, and will be a central liaison with our state partners engaged in SBBH work. The APD will also be responsible for
growing partnerships and expanding opportunities for the COE and GHPC to engage and contribute to SBBH initiatives within the state and
nationally, including both programmatic and research efforts in this area.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience; or a
combination of education and related experience.

Salary: $100,000 to $114,000

Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
It is expected that the candidate will have at least five years of experience in
project management and experience managing projects and teams where Behavioral Health and/or School-Based Behavioral Health is a focus. The
ideal candidate will have significant evaluation and/or technical assistance expertise.
