Georgia-Pacific Dixie Consumer Products Operation is seeking qualified professionals to consider for an Automation Materials Movement Coordinator role supporting the Consumer Products Group Operations located in Muskogee, OK. The Muskogee facility uses integrated technology to manufacture tissue and paper towel products in a progressive production environment.

Strengths in manufacturing paper mill operations, warehousing, material handling and safety are additive to the role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability in manufacturing operations and high focus on safely improving productivity. This role will primarily support the Muskogee Mill as a backup Allocator and Automation Materials Movement Analyst using knowledge of warehousing, AGV, EWM, and scheduling.
What You Will Do
- Ensure System Performance / Optimization for AGV systems to meet KPI metrics
- Ensure escalation process is executed within and outside the mill for AGV system issues
- On a limited basis drive site capability of system – (make sure the system does all it can to help the site be as efficient as possible)
- Understand how all the systems flow together. Ex: ICPAQs, PARCS, EWM, Automation)
- Adds, remove, change AGVs and the associated system to meet production needs and changes
- Support warehouse/EWM optimization as needed. Fix current data warehouse application issues that may occur
- Monitor trailer pool and reporting out of range incidents
- Develop back-up plans to cover changes in circumstances
- Identify missed opportunities or inefficiencies and provide regular reports on the results
- Work with key personnel to effectively relocate production inventory to the loads or correct warehouse locations
- Active resource in the improvement of the AGV and EWM systems
- Investigate inventory location discrepancies
- Monitor space utilization/row consolidation
- Quarantine non-conforming raw materials
- Communicate/provide direction to drivers for daily tasks and expectations
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working in warehouse management systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with SAP-EVM, AGV, and ICPAQs
- Experience with training, developing and/or coaching others
- Experience working in a recycled pulp or paper operation
