Donor Work-Up Coordinator – Marrow Donor Program – Georgetown University Medical Center
Job Overview
The Donor Work-Up Coordinator administers all donor activities (i.e., information session, sample collection, physical exam and clearance, travel arrangements) for the C.W. Bill Young Marrow Donor center, up to and including stem cell donation and follow-ups after the stem cell donation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work Interactions
Reporting directly the Manager of Donor Services and to Work-UP Team Leaders, the Donor Work-Up Coordinator interacts routinely with other Donor Center Coordinators, Team Leaders, Manager, Program Directors, potential donors, nurses, physicians and other Donor centers and Contract Labs. Position reports directly to Manager – Donor Services and Work-Up Team Leaders.
Qualifications
