SUMMARY: GBU’s Technology group is looking to add a Business Analyst to the team supporting our Policy Administration System (LifePro). The Business Analyst will work with end users, vendors, developers, and other stakeholders to support in-force business, product setup, agency/commission setup, and new business functions. The candidate will support technology transformation and relevant process improvements for a mission-critical system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support and maintain the Policy Administration System (LifePro)
· Support system upgrades, conversions, and external integrations
· Look for opportunities to improve processes and improve internal system users experience and productivity
· Conduct walkthroughs and workshops with Policy Admin System end-users
· Analyze/create workflows and processes
· Create function and product specifications and other project and process related documentation
· Investigate and resolve product, agent, and commission issues in the Policy Admin System
