We have an immediate need for a full-time Office Assistant to join our Service Department.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
-Answer incoming phone calls to the Service Department
-Generate service call slips for technicians
-Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
-Organize paperwork from service calls
-Update and manage Preventative Maintenance Contracts
-Track routine maintenance on fleet vehicles
-Assist with other various office duties needed within the office
