Job Responsibilities

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Handle Outbound and Inbound telephone calls with customers informing them of their delinquent account and reaching agreement on repayment.
• Treat our customers with respect, empathize with their situation, and identify a win-win outcome for both the customer and the clients we service.
• Adhere to all company policies, along with all state and federal regulations.
• Think outside of the box to negotiate the best possible arrangement.
• Performance is based on meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), including number of calls, contacts, resolutions, revenue collected, client goals, etc.
• Must remain flexible and self-sufficient throughout the entire workday.

Job Requirements

• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have a clear criminal background, be able to pass a drug screen, and have a steady job history
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week to include days and some evenings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a drug-free workplace. All new hires will be required to pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.31 – $20.00 per hour
