Purpose
The talent management analyst coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and development programs are run smoothly and quality checks for improvements.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Education and Experience:
2+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Experience in supporting organization-wide programs including performance management, talent development and data analytics.
Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
Well organized with managing multiple priorities.
Experienced in working with different nationalities.
Proficient in written and verbal English and Spanish language.
8. ERP experience is preferred.
