Freeman Holdings Group is a fast growing company managing aviation services, real estate development, and hospitality entities across the United States. Our corporate office is centrally located in southern Overland Park, KS and we have an open position within our growing company. Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for general accounting tasks, including, but not, limited to:

· Multi-company Accounts Payable, focusing on accuracy and timeliness of entry

· Daily reconciling of transactions over multiple entities and accounts

· Resolving discrepancies

· Reviewing general ledger accounts

· Assisting in month-end close functions

· Assisting with Administrative tasks directed by CEO and CFO

· Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Accounting or bookkeeping background
• Degree in Accounting preferred (or working toward an associate’s/bachelor’s degree)
• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to multitask

Compensation: $23 – $25 per hour; commensurate with experience.
