IT Assessment Engineer-O365/SharePoint

Candidates need to have prior experience migrating users to O365/SharePoint.
Our client is an MSP provider and Microsoft Partner. They are looking for a PT resources to help them with IT Assessments for potential clients looking to outsource their IT infrastructure and support to this Managed Service provider. These IT assessments look at all the HW and SW technology being used in the environment and all that information is captured and put in the IT assessment template. These assessments usually take about 8-10 hours spread over 2-3 weeks.
Project Name: O365 Pre-Migration Assessment
MSP will perform the following services: Assessment and discovery of the client’s current mail and organizational file share structure prior to a companywide migration to Microsoft O365 and SharePoint. This assessment will be based on both live discussions with the client’s staff and time spend reviewing the current environment
Services will be delivered under the following structure:
Phase 1: Assess/Discovery
Phase 2: Discovery
Phase 3: Documentation
Phase 4: Recommendations
Resource Allocation/Timeline:
Discovery – 1 week – All information aggregated for all parties involved
Plan/Documentation – 1 week – Communication, end user and implementation mapped
Recommendations – 1 week – Recommendations and Action Plan
