Foam Factory, Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative Job at Macomb, MI Full Time

Responsibilities include a range of sales and customer service tasks. Tasks include order data entry, assisting customers on the phone, email or in person and checking order paperwork for accuracy. The position also includes shipping data entry for creating shipping labels and labeling packages.

Hours
8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
No Saturday
No Sunday

Requirements and Experience Needed
3.0 GPA
Experience in using a computer
30lbs+ Weight lifting ability
Comfortable with Multi-Tasking
1 Year or greater experience in customer service
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to do basic math on a regular basis
20 minute drive or less from work.
