The Parking and Transportation Department is currently seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to join their team of professionals. Duties include:

• Provides administrative support to Manager with data entry in parking software (EMS/Nupark)
• Assists with reconciliation of accounts payable
• Assists with inventory and supply management
• Provides field assistance in Event operations, including sign placement
• Assists with developing OPS plans for events
• Assists with Sign Shop operations
• Assists Manager with scheduling to ensure proper staffing of department operations
• Performs other related duties as assigned by administration.
• Performs other essential duties in any University emergency such as hurricane or any other University emergency closing.
• Assists with training and development of new employees.

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to work weekends

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience.

8:30am to 5pm
