Description SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEThe Assistant Director of Student Engagement assists in the overall execution of the student activities program including, but not limited to, advising Student Government Association, weekly evening events, leadership development series, field trips, campus-wide collaborative programming and events demonstrating a commitment to the Core Values of Flagler College. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supports programming efforts under the direction of the Director of Student Leadership & Engagement through the following:Diversity and inclusion programmingCollaborative programming with other Student Affairs offices including health and wellness, housing operations and residential living, campus recreation and career development Orientation and Welcome WeekOn and off campus programming and field tripsProvides administrative support to student clubs and organizations with Director as needed Reviews and tracks all expenditures as they relate to student activities, club and organization programming and overall operational budget. Maintains accurate records of student involvement in co-curricular, programming events, databases and files, track data and expenditures, schedules building and facilities, compiles information for reports, processes emails and creates posters and fliers as needed.Assumes other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Leadership & Engagement and/or the Dean of Student Engagement & Career Development.Serve on campus-wide committees as needed.
