ABOUT THE TEAM:Omni Professionals Services Implementation-Conversion Technical Consultants serve a variety of technical project roles on client implementation, upgrade, enhancement and process improvement projects. Team member specialties are generally concentrated on various applications in the Omni Suite of products in use across the Wealth Management and Retirement Services industries.
Team members, in general, possess an expertise in OmniScript, COBOL, or both.

About the role:

Technical Operations Managers lead day-to-day delivery by service team(s) for outsourced solutions to clients. Leads a team of professionals performing similar duties.

This team installs and troubleshoots Omni/ Retirement Services products internally and at client sites

You will select, develop, and evaluate implementation-conversion technical team members ensuring the efficient execution of technical functions

You will author technical documents to describe existing or proposed software, systems, and environments

This team analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, supports, unit tests and modifies software enhancements used in the Omni application suite

You and your team will interact directly with clients at a senior/executive management level, managing problem escalation and providing sales support.

What you will need:

Omni core business processing knowledge, experience with transaction processing user exits such as MAX calculators, VLDT validation routines, base events, etc.• Expertise in OmniScript, COBOL or both.• Working knowledge of Windows, Unix, or MVS operating systems and associated other industry standard programming languages such as Java, C, or SQL• Technical operational experience with Omni and related financial applications
