This position is responsible for overseeing human resources specialist duties at specified office locations throughout the states of Virginia and Florida. This position will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department. This position supports various office sites and must establish good working relationships with Regional Site Directors, Regional Office Managers, and employees at each office site.
An excellent human resources specialist must have a solid business acumen and human resources skill set and consistently keep up to date with federal and state regulations. Apart from their education and experience, the human resources specialist must possess a strong leadership skill set and the ability to think strategically, while handling day-to-day activities.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Flexible working hours but this includes the need to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required to meet client and staff needs.
