Family Dental Practice Hiring for Dental Front Office Job at Salinas, CA Full Time

We are a quality-oriented dental office searching for a highly motivated, friendly and detailed oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. Must be able to manage time efficiently, multitask, and be a true team player. Full time position .We offer health insurance, paid vacation and retirement plan (401 K).

Our front office staff play a key role in the team’s ability to deliver high standards of patient care, you will need to be able to:

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls
• Understand and communicate dental procedures and needs
• Schedule patient appointments
• Post completed treatment and collect patient copays
• Handle billing and account receivables
• Assist with treatment planning
• Dentrix experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
