This role will put you in the important position of first touch for end users who need assistance, handling a wide array of technical and non-technical issues. The client is looking for at least 3 years in an IT support role, ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software related issues in a Windows environment. Strong user support of MS Office products (Word, Excel) and experience with document management systems is preferred.

• PLEASE NOTE: The work schedule will be a hybrid model – 1st shift – Onsite days would be Tu, Wed, Th – Location is Downtown Cleveland. Compensation range is up to $55,000/yr based on experience.
