Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provides effective communication to Practice and Regional Admins on support related concerns, issues and solutions.
• Leads enhancements and technology and software upgrade initiatives for regional operations centers. Requires system setup, configuration, and project support.
• Provides well rounded support by being familiar with networking and wireless technologies, system installation/configuration, security technologies, server and workstation management.
• Responsible for providing high level support of operating systems, applications, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintains systems infrastructure in support of core business functions.
• Provide oversight and management of the Regional IT Staff in Texas.
• Facilitates IT purchasing to support practie needs including budgeting, quotes, tickets and signoff
• Responds to requests in a timely manner for technical support for staff in using applications, hardware and processes.
• Provide remote support for the Implementation Team during Super User/Provider Training Sessions and Go Live Events and oversee on call schedule

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology (IT) work experience required (MSP or system administrator experience highly preferred)
• MCSE, CCNA, Security + preferred.
• Ability to learn and master the tools, systems, and processes that EyeSouth utilizes.
• Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
• Team player that develops strong collaborative working relationships with internal partners and can effectively engage and ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND CONDITIONS

• Standard office environment with exposure to communicable disease.
• Sedentary work.
