Done! You’ve just found your dream job! Our client, a very prestigious 100 attorney, multi-office law firm, is seeking an experienced Director of HR for its’ Century City offices.

The firm handles civil litigation, real estate, corporate transactions, regulatory, energy, entertainment and other specialties. Attorneys and staff alike are encouraged to participate in an array of seminars that include continuing legal education professional development and skills training. The Director of HR reports to the COO. The firm is progressive, innovative, goal-oriented, and fast-paced.

In this exciting Director of HR role, some of your responsibilities include:

• Manage overall performance, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources department staff.
• Recruit, develop and retain qualified attorneys and staff.
• Provide in‐house seminars, quarterly staff meetings and other events
• Update and maintain the firm’s Employee Handbook.
• Create department budget and manage allocation of department personnel and resources.

About You as a Super Director of HR:

• At least 10 years HR experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• BA or BS degree
• Course work in HR or certification as CA‐PHR or CA‐SPHR is highly desirable ∙ Familiarity with Payroll / HRIS systems, Paycom preferred
• Experience in a major law firm or mid-size firm of 80 attorneys and above
• Able to travel a few times a year

Pay: $200,000.00 – $235,000.00 per year
