Environmental Recycling & Disposal Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service Job at Rockdale, IL Full Time

A Dispatcher is responsible for the coordination of the utilization of drivers, trucks and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers.

• Taking phone calls and entering customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining a good attitude and communicating effectively and courteously with customers and coworkers.
• Routing and assigning loads to drivers using company tools including software.
• Ensuring route completion and accurate driver paperwork and data entry.
• Report to manager regarding accidents, incidents, performance issues, and other concerns.
• Report to manager regarding customer concerns and issues.
• Entering data as required into software systems.
• Use good judgement while following procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as required by manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
