HR Manager Details:
Direct Hire position
$ 90,000.00 to $ 110,000.00 / annually
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy
Work with community partners to build mutually beneficial relationships
Provide support and guidance to HR generalist, management, and other staff
Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
Manage the facility compensation and performance management programs. Conduct wage surveys within the relevant local labor market and make recommendations on competitive wage rates for hourly positions
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Manage employee relations investigations and recommends resulting actions. Act as an employee advocate who responds to employee concerns and works collaboratively with supervisors and managers to resolve concerns.
Partner with operations management to ensure front line supervisors are trained both in soft skills areas and in human resources topics
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
HR Manager Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
5+ years of human resource management experience in a demonstrated HR leadership role preferred in a manufacturing environment
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus
