Director of Student Accounts/Bursar
Eckerd College, in partnership with the national search firm, Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations
for the position of Director of Student Accounts/Bursar. The Director of Student Accounts/Bursar is responsible for the
planning, direction, and implementation of all activities related to student accounts. This includes overseeing billing, collections, and
cashier services for the College, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer service matters, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of
cash management. Additionally, the Director plays a vital role in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, while
providing comprehensive leadership, vision, direction, and guidance. The Director works to ensure the attainment of critical business
objectives, exceptional customer service, streamlined processes, optimal staff performance, and financial and regulatory compliance, all
executed in a professional and courteous manner. Eckerd College seeks an experienced professional to serve in this important role.
