What You’ll Do
As a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting Dyno Nobel by recruiting top talent through effective sourcing and selection strategy. This position is an in-office role with the opportunity for some WFH days once established. This position is expected to last 12 to 16 weeks. In addition to direct recruitment activities you will also be responsible for some talent acquisition administrative duties. Other duties will include:
Full-desk Talent Acquisition recruitment.
Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative needs of the department, such as drafting new requisitions, scheduling candidate travel, scheduling interviews, etc.
Assist management with internal and external recruitment efforts, including requisition approvals, internal postings, external recruiting, interviewing, job offers, and selection of employees.
Conduct strategic sourcing by leveraging online tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. while delivering on key metrics.
Identify sources of candidates and initiate and maintain relationships with outside sources such as job boards, networking sites, and job fair sponsors.
Review candidate resumes to match work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews of qualified candidates to determine fit/match for open requisitions.
Promote the organization and open positions to potential applicants.
