The Human Resources & Training Coordinator handles and/or collaborates on all HR communications, member onboarding, training and development, file management and project work at the Dutchland WI facility.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability and thoroughness of work performed is essential. Ability to gain the trust and respect of fellow members, ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships, ability to work with and through others is essential to accomplish our goals and objectives.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum Associate’s Degree and three years relevant HR or office experience, or combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Plan and organize work effectively and simultaneously; analyze problems, propose reasonable solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions and follow-up with feedback where appropriate. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
