Full Time Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Dunn Lumber operates a fully in-house accounting department. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for reviewing customer account information, correcting errors or discrepancies, and answering customer calls and ensuring our account holders have the information they need. We are looking to hire a responsive problem-solver and detail-oriented candidate with excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team by managing incoming phone calls, emails, and reports from our retail stores.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The corporate office is located directly above the Lake Union retail location.
Employee must possess the ability to perform the following duties:
Education and/or Experience:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have competent knowledge of 10 key typing skills and general computer proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) programs. Salesforce or similar software experience is a plus!
