Position Overview: The Labor Relations Manager acts as a resource and provides guidance to management on employee issues that arise in the workplace by leading a team responsible for interpreting, applying, and administering company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and labor and employment laws. This includes conducting investigations, recommending performance management, administration of collective bargaining agreements, grievances, arbitrations, preliminary responses to unfair labor practice charges, and coordination of labor investigations in partnership with in-house counsel.
