D&M Flooring, manufacture of high end/designer’s hardwood flooring, is looking for a Inside Sales/Customer Service/Order Desk position.

Job Duties:

• General Account Care and Service

• Communicate with flooring distributors and retailers in the US by phone and emails

• Helping interior designers and architects to find the flooring products for their projects

• Taking & Processing orders and Support shipping department as needed

• Send confirmation and tracking information to customers once order ships out.

• Ability to Multi-task

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)

• Good communication skill

• Local Residents

• Work experiences minimum 3 years

• Legally eligible to work in US

Pay: $19.00 – $22.03 per hour
