SUMMARY of POSITION

Serves food and/or beverage to guests to include order taking and delivery of food and/or beverage items.

DUTIES

• Is friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful to all members, guests, and fellow employees.
• Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greets guests promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Explains specials and/or restaurant promotions.
• Records food and beverage orders from the guests accurately, repeating information back to the guest to ensure proper order was taken.
• Records orders into Point of Sales system accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Checks completed orders for accuracy prior to serving. Delivers food promptly; serves hot food hot and cold food cold. Includes appropriate condiments.
• Replenishes beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Promptly presents guest check, receives payment, credit card, or appropriate signatures.
• Assists the bus staff in cleaning and resetting tables.
• Performs all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments, restocking side tables, and folding napkins.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $9.50 – $15.00 per hour
