Our Group of Companies; Diversified Transfer & Storage, DTS Logistics, Freight Agency, and Diversified Truck Leasing, is currently looking for a creative and self starting Candidate to oversee Employee Benefits, Compliance, Workers’ Compensation, and Quarterly/Yearend Reports.

Salary: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 DOE

This positioon is responsible for providing support in the area of human resources to the profit center managers of our group of companies. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Writing & updating job descriptions
• Employee benefit administration
• Compliance & Reporting of Federal & State Regulations
• Oversight of the Worker Compansation Claim Process, & Early return to Work program
• Work with profit center managers on developing their employees
• Understanding of the Federal Wage & Hour Labor Laws
• Understanding the wage and hour labor laws for the States of Montana, Colorado, and Utah
• Reporting and Management of metrics – produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism, and turnover
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, & environmental policies and procedures, including development & training of staff in these areas

This position requires education and experience equivalent to 5 years of post-secondary education showing progressive responsibilities related to human resources and benefits administration.
