Job Description:
The Credit & Collections (MCC) Specialist is responsible for frontline credit and collections activity and client account service within an assigned region and group of auction locations. This role will work as part of the global MCC team to assist in client account management and receivable review. Responsibilities include sale day support, client service via phone (PureCloud), outbound collection contacts, reporting, collection meeting and making account status changes (MPP/Aging/Credit Hold) within established role authority and escalating issues when appropriate. The role will report to the MCC Supervisor position.

Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.
o Answering and resolving incoming client payment and credit & collection inquiries as part of the regional PureCloud phone queue team.
o Sale day assistance for assigned auction locations within the designated region.
o Outbound client collection calls/contacts in pursuit of aged vehicle and services AR.
o Conducting client account receivable reviews in order to escalate concerns/requests
o Client account management or escalation of request (MPP/Aging/Credit Hold/late fees) based on roll authority
o Participation in location credit meetings and reporting process (stand in for Sr Spec/Sup. when necessary)
o Address internal client requests and inquiries on dealer accounts (sales, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (Required)
- Credit and collections: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Bilingual or spanish (Required)
