Dialyze Direct Hiring for Healthcare Recruiter – Remote/Hybrid Job at Neptune City, NJ Full Time

The Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of staff. This includes sourcing, building relationships, recruitment events, interviews, on-boarding, background checks, compliance for health care professional and support staff.

1) Administrative

• Ability to partner with managers to understand hiring needs across the nation;
• Proven ability to create and drive sourcing plans;
• Demonstrated time-to-fill metrics;
• Ability to quickly learn the business;
• Screen employment applications and coordinate interviews;
• Train managers on proper way to conduct candidate interviews;
• Oversee and own all recruitment;
• Exercises discretionary judgement while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality;
• Maintain current openings on Applicant Tracking System;
• Maintain and process candidate files in accordance with established procedures;
• Assist in training and development; and
• Coordinate Exit Interviews.

2) Performs similar or related duties as requested or directed

Education

• BA/BS required (relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).

Experience

• Two years recruitment support experience (health care environment preferred).

Skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Kronos/UKG preferred;
• Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter knowledge a plus;
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience with Word and Excel;
• Proven internet research skills with knowledge of employment related social media sites;
• Successful track record as health care recruiter and relationship builder;
• Able to function at a high-level with little operational oversight;
