Overview

Our Transaction Services Corporate team plays a critical role in the management of fixed income trades between the execution and trade settlement. Supporting the robust Fixed Income business, you will work in a fast-paced environment, performing key control, reconciliations, and bookings. You will also be involved in strategic initiatives, perform system testing and contribute to booking substantiations and audits.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile and action various front office/back-office break reports

• Monitor and action trade validation queues

• Perform various P&S functions

• Process P/L entries in IMPACT

• Work with both front office and back-office divisions to ensure proper data flows

Skills You’ll Need

• Knowledge of books & records and various settlement systems a plus

• Knowledge of trade flows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Basic understanding of reconciliations and break research

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Strong analytical skills: ability to utilize different techniques to research and resolve problems

• Strong Communication skills

• Must be a team player with the ability to also work independently

• Detail oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to quickly learn information systems

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $68,800.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
