Work you’ll do
Support in leading a Dashboarding and Analytics team
Implement a human-centered design approach to dashboard development
Gather requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and develop a suite of client dashboards that report on financials, program management, operational risks and issues, etc.
Facilitate strategic client conversations to discuss data governance strategy, process improvement, roles and responsibilities, and more that streamline the dashboard development process and improve data quality
Coordinate with other team leads to align dashboard requirements to strategic objectives and programmatic reporting requirements
Deliver consistent, high-value services on a cross-section of complex customer and citizen centric projects
Manage, analyze and prepare the qualitative and quantitative data from feedback loops to create clear and compelling reports that drive action
Manage strong client relationships and help them identify needs around CX and data analysis

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in consulting and/or start- ups and/or digital agency environment
Must have at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in leadership role in a hybrid agile environment
Thorough understanding of marketing strategy and business execution via technology enablement
Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of technology and its impact to future operating models and organizational structures
Experience driving the design direction in terms of user interaction, design patterns, etc.
Experience in a client-facing environment, gathering requirements
Technical background, preferably in cybersecurity (ideally in the area of privileged access management)
Must posses strong technical writing skills, strong communication skills, and strong organization skills
Must be comfortable presenting, walking clients through data, answering data-specific questions that help support business processes
Experience translating business requirements and process information into documentation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20 – 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
