About the job

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with DeepBrain AI’s solutions. This includes solving inquiries, providing information, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with the business development teams and technical teams to ensure customer success and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing information on how to use DeepBrain AI’s solutions
• Communicate with customers regarding service inquiries via emails or telephone calls
• Work with multiple departments within the company such as finance, sales, and operations
• Work in a fast-paced, busy environment

Requirements

• Legally able to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of IT Technology is preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills-written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
