JOB POSITION TITLE: DIRECTOR, ACCOUNTING AND HUMAN RESOURCES
FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT
JOB POSITION SUMMARY
Under administrative direction, performs work of considerable difficulty in the administration of accounting/payroll, financial, budgetary, human resources, and information technology functions; performs related work as required.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF JOB POSITION
An employee in this class is an executive team member responsible for overseeing company-wide accounting/payroll, financial, budgetary, human resources, and information technology in implementing a system of controls to protect all company assets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY/MENTORSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Exercises supervision of personnel in relation to areas of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE
Completion of a BS degree in accounting; or related field and 10+ years’ manufacturing accounting experience (including 5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity); or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
