Job Purpose:
CanSource is hiring an Account Manager who is responsible for working directly with our craft beverage customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction! The Account Manager will be a part of the Account Management team working to support our Sales team, while collaborating with our Artwork and Operations teams. They will be responsible for efficiently managing orders, providing sales support, and driving customer success. This role will report to the Director of Customer Success. This is a high-touch role that requires strong communication, organization, sales, and customer service skills. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and autonomy, this is a great fit!
