This opportunity requires a medium/high percentage of travel, mostly Mondays – Fridays. Remote work is a benefit to non-travel time periods. Client base is in both clinic and hospital settings.

What to Expect:

• Ownership of projects or implementations in both solo, and team driven capacities.
• Multi-tasking various projects and ability to utilize time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Ability to display a friendly, calm and professional demeanor at all times, even under times of high stress
• Stay up-to-date with new software updates

Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements:

• College degree preferred or relevant job experience
• 2+years of software implementation and/or support service experience
• Knowledge of healthcare-based applications
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving, collaborative environment
