Position: Staffing Coordinator
Location: 5751 Uptain Rd.
Chattanooga, TN 37411
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 430p

Our office is seeking a dedicated staffing coordinator for our local medical staffing branch. Consolidated Medical Staffing primarily focuses on partnering with local healthcare facilities and assisting them with staffing shortages.

Ideally a candidate for this role would have prior experience as a staffing coordinator or experience with staffing employees. This person works directly with the branch manager, staffing recruiter, payroll, and field staff employees to coordinate schedules for multiple healthcare facilities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Work on and staff all medical facility needs
• Communicate with facility staffing coordinators to help fill needs
• Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
• Develop relationships with field staff as well as facility staff

Skills

• Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
• Excellent memory recall and attention to detail
