I am currently hiring a Customer Care role within a reputable company here in Fort Atkinson, WI. This will be a contract-to-hire role that is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $16-17/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: M-F, 8:30am – 5pm
(no remote, this will be 100% on-site)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in entering and monitoring orders and helping customers
- Assist the customer with general ordering information, credit terms, estimated delivery time, invoice requests, pricing, product information, shipping, web navigation
- Process domestic and international orders via e-mail, fax, mail, phones
- Follow-up on customer inquiries when needed, back orders, prices increases, etc.
- Resolve order issues
- Correct all other duties that may be assigned by a Customer Care Supervisor
Must Have:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Computer & Various Software Programs
- Organized
