Administrative Assistant
This position provides departmental support by performing a variety of general administrative tasks.
Daily Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Gather, enter and verify data in Microsoft Office programs and company information systems
· Assist with various on-boarding processes
· Electronic filing and periodic audits
· Maintain electronic and paper files
· Assist coworkers with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to learn new systems and methods quickly
· Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and meet deadlines
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while multi-tasking
· Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset
· Ability to work independently and maintain confidential information
· Ability to work in a “team-setting”
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Administrative experience in a business environment preferred
· Strong customer service skills
